FAQ's:
The answer is both yes and no. While you will not receive your typical hourly rate while working on steps, there is financial rewards for each leg of the process. ***Successfully train people for 90 days and receive a positive evaluation-$.50 raise ***Successful completion of steps to become a shift support will result in a $150 bonus. ***Successful completion of steps to become a shift leader will result in a $200 bonus. ***Successful completion of steps to become a supervisor will result in a $250 bonus.
The answer to this is mostly up to you. Steps in any leg of the growth track can be completed in as little as 2 weeks or could be stretched out over a longer period of time if that's what you choose. The idea is that this process will better equip you to take your next step, but will not delay you in taking next steps.

FAQ's:
Can I schedule my evaluation during a time that I would normally be scheduled to work?
You may! If you are scheduled in operations during your evaluation time, we will do our best to pull you off the floor during your scheduled time, however guests always come first. In the event that we can not pull you during that time, we will do our best to complete your evaluation at some during that same shift. If this is not possible, we will simply reschedule and try again another day.
Can I stay clocked in for my scheduled evaluation time?
Yes! If you schedule your performance evaluation for immediately before, during, or immediately after your scheduled shift, you are permitted to stay clocked in. However, if there is any gap in between, you are expected to clock out for any time in between working in operations and your performance evaluation.
How often are performance evaluations supposed to take place?
Team members are invited once a year to schedule their annual performance evaluation, typically within a month or two of their Chick-fil-A anniversary. If you would like to request informal feedback outside of your yearly performance evaluation, please reach out directly to a Senior Director.
Who facilitates Performance Evaluations?
Annual performance evaluations are scheduled with and facilitated by our Executive Director of Business Development, Sarah Kasprzyk. If you have any additional questions about performance evaluations, you can reach out to her via VSBL Chat, or email at sarahkcfa@gmail.com.
